EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds visited a service for people with learning disabilities.
The home in Liss is run by FitzRoy, a Petersfield-based charity supporting people with a wide range of disabilities and autism.
Mr Hinds said: “It was a privilege to visit the Whitegates View houses in Liss and see the work being done by FitzRoy, a charity dedicated to transforming lives for people with learning disabilities.
“With access to sports, arts and crafts as well as IT-enabled communication and learning support, FitzRoy staff help people develop skills and live as independently as possible.
“We’re certainly very fortunate to have such a brilliant organisation locally.”
FitzRoy chief executive Anna Galliford said: “It was great to see our local MP, Damian Hinds, finding the time to visit one of our services.”
