BUS PASSENGERS left stranded in Petersfield have accused Hampshire County Council of putting cash before residents.

As part of an economy drive, Hampshire County Council reduced the service timetable and the Stagecoach bus was replaced by a minibus run by Wheel Drive from Hillbrow, Liss.
Rita Young, in her late eighties, Diana Cann (75), of Broadway Park and Barry?Wilson (75) of Buriton High Street, say the changes have left passengers in a first come, first served position.
