Golfing equipment worth thousands of pounds has been stolen following an overnight burglary in Horndean.

The culprit made off with the haul after breaking into a garage on Durlands Road sometime between midnight and 7am on Tuesday, September 16.

East Hampshire police have conducted enquiries in the area but have since launched an appeal for witnesses and information.

Anyone with doorbell or dashcam footage of the area, or who may have seen golf equipment for sale “under suspicious circumstances” has been urged to get in touch with the police.
