VOLUNTEERS?at a national armed forces charity are being trained to give out specialist advice by a Hampshire-based law firm which has an office in Petersfield.
Jane Hodge, a solicitor and director at Biscoes, is also chairwoman of Forces Law which is helping the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) with its legal advice service, particularly its legal helpline. Jane addressed a SSAFA conference in Northampton about Forces Law. Biscoes was a founding member of Forces Law, due in part to Portsmouth’s military presence.
