A?SELF-confessed glutton for punishment is manager Jonathan Cole who has – with an 11-strong team from his Petersfield engineering company – completed his third Tough Mudder challenge.

The employees of Frazer-Nash, based in Bedford Road, whose ages range from 21 to 60, undertook the gruelling 12 mile course, with 20 daunting obstacles, in London last weekend.

After two of their colleagues had been diagnosed with cancer, they decided to raise sponsorship money for Cancer Research UK, and raised a total of £5,500 after their board of directors doubled their money.

Production manager Jonathan, who is planning more Tough Mudders, said the worst part was the ‘Arctic Enema’ obstacle which saw participants plunge into an ice bath. There were also deep troughs of mud and electric shocks along the route.
