RAISING a rather fine glass or two to another successful Petersfield Beer and Cider Festival were hundreds of happy punters.

The three-day event held at the Festival Hall drew the crowds once again, eager to sample quality beverages from breweries across the region, including Langhams, Hogs Back, Triple FFF, Upham and more.

There were 57 beers and ciders on tap, with many this time coming from the microbreweries popping up in sheds and garages around the region. “We had some wild and wonderful brews,” said co-organiser Steve Errey, of Petersfield Festivals.

This was the first such festival held in the autumn and Steve was delighted with the support.

The live music entertainment was top-notch with everything from acoustic solo sets to rootsy blues and folk. Petersfield’s Mantic Muddlers was one of the many bands taking to the stage.
