AN OUTLINE planning application has been submitted for up to 140 houses at Bohunt Park, Liphook.
The application has been made by Green Village Investments (GVI)?Ltd for the site off Portsmouth Road, and a decision is due on Monday, April 27.
The plans include 40 per cent affordable housing, custom-build plots and live-work units, a farm shop and cafe, a nature reserve area and suitable alternative natural green space.
Permission has already been granted by the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) for a medical centre and allotments, and a football field and clubhouse.
