EXPECT a giant performance from a south of Butser theatre group when they take to the stage in Clanfield in just over a fortnight’s time.

Music, fun and the odd double entendre are guaranteed when the Windmill Players bring their version of Jack and the Beanstalk to the Memorial Hall stage.

The curtain will rise on the group’s traditional pantomime at 7.30pm on Friday, January 18, with further shows at 2pm and 7.30pm the next day, Saturday, January 19.

It’s all for a very good cause as takings from the show and the group’s summer concert will go to The Rowans Hospice.

Tickets are £8 (£7 concessions) to include refreshments, and are available from All For Dance, Horndean precinct, 01730 231474 or on the door.
