LAY?pastoral assistants have been taken on to set up a new ministry in Petersfield.

Twenty three Christians from across the deanery were commissioned by the Archdeacon, the Venerable Gavin Collins.

They will enable the church to become more able to care for and support everyone who needs it. They’ve been training for a year and have shared experiences and knowledge.
