ONE lane of the A3 northbound between the junctions with the A3(M) and the A272 between the Buriton and Petersfield slip roads is closed due to an accident involving an overturned car which happened around 10am this morning. Emergency services are one the scene, but it is expected the road will return to normal use by 1.30pm
