A RESIDENT has condemned litter louts for leaving parts of Petersfield looking like a rundown Eastern Bloc town.
Philip Wing, of Herne Farm, says he is "disgusted" and "angered" by litter louts flouting the law and dumping rubbish in the town.
The commuter walks along Riverside Walk on his way to the railway station and says he is "horrified" by the rubbish he sees every day.
He said: "At times, Tilmore Brook by the open air swimming pool is full of rubbish, it gets cleared but within days there is more, and also behind the station....
