A FUNDRAISER for Macmillan Cancer Support at Petersfield Golf Club which attracted 65 golfers raised more than £2,600.

A superb day’s golf saw Phil Huntington from Havant pick up the Napoleon Trophy; the golf was followed by an evening dinner in the club house.

Organisers and club members Roger Vernier and Dick Orders thanked the sponsors of each hole and those who donated prizes for the raffle which raised £730.

A repeat of the day, again in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, is planned for next year.
