A NATIONAL organisation is urging householders in Petersfield and the surrounding villages to come out of the cold this winter as the campaign to wipe out fuel poverty in the town is given a final push.
The Oil Firing Technical Association (OFTEC), the UK?trade body for the oil heating industry, has issued advice to the public which it believes will help them to keep the temperature up at home without endangering lives during spells of cold weather.
The Petersfield Post has backed the Petersfield Lions Club's Winter Fuel Project, which was set up with the aim of wiping out fuel poverty in the town this winter season.
