A PETERSFIELD man is to live in a kennel for a week to raise funds for a dogs charity.

Self-employed graphic designer Johan Lamprecht (27), has lived in Balmoral Way off Station Road for about 18 months and volunteers at Horley Public Kennels, a kennels which looks after stray dogs. Johan said: “ I was going to do it just for a weekend but decided a week would be better to raise awareness of the plight of homeless dogs and to raise as much funds as possible for the great dog rescue charity Rescue Remedies Dog Rescue, which is active in the South East.” The charity takes on dogs in danger of being put down because homes can’t be found for them. Johan’s seven-day kennel stay starts on October 2.
