A TEAM of Petersfield opticians has been given a prestigious business accreditation for its commitment to employee development.
Specsavers in The Square has been awarded Platinum Employer status. This accolade forms part of an externally-validated accreditation scheme which covers five key areas of people management standards: talent management; recruitment and induction; performance management and reward; learning and development; and employee communications and engagement.
The award was developed to ensure all UK Specsavers businesses are meeting the highest standards possible with regard to developing its people. It also enables teams to share its commitment to developing its employees to external audiences.
