A BID BY a Horndean man to extend the boundary of his garden to include two adjacent plots has been rejected by East Hampshire District Council (EHDC).
Officers have not seen enough evidence from Andy Parks to prove land to the north and south of 161 Frogmore Lane has been used as a garden for more than a decade.
His claims were backed by three neighbours who all confirmed to EHDC that the plots have been used as a recreational garden for the past 23 years.
However, EHDC refused to grant a lawful development certificate as no historic photographs or statutory declarations were produced to support his case.
