Draft plans to build up to 125 homes on a south of Butser farm will be presented and discussed at a meeting in Horndean tonight (Monday, February 9).
Gleeson Homes have submitted an outline application to build on the Charity Farm site south of Drift Road, on the boundary of Clanfield and Horndean.
Tonight’s Horndean Parish Council meeting in Jubilee Hall will include a presentation from the developers, with members of the public welcome to attend. The meeting will begin at 6.30pm with early arrival recommended.
The submission comes hot on the heels of a separate outline application to build up 180 homes nearby on Sunderton Fields.
