THE MAYOR of Petersfield has bagged a cheque for £466 from a different kind of Rams Walk.
The sum was raised by Petersfield Town Football Club supporters who completed a Rams Ramble from their Love Lane ground to an away match in Portsmouth for the mayor’s charities.
Cllr JC Crissey walked the whole distance to Baffins Milton Rovers with proceeds going to the Kings Arms, Dementia Petersfield, Air Training Corps 1927 Sqdn and the Petersfield Musical Festival.
