STEAM train enthusiasts look set to be disappointed tomorrow (Wednesday) after changes were made to a special train service due to pass through East Hampshire.
The locomotive Tangmere was due to steam through Petersfield railway station at around 10am tomorrow morning. However, organisers of the special service – Guildford-based Steam Dreams – say the train will now be hauled by a vintage Diesel engine instead.
