A TEACHER from Meonstoke working in Nepal is appealing for funds to help rebuild schools in a part of the country close to the epicentre of the recent earthquake.

Alexandra Hands has taught at The British School in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, since 2014.

One of the school's community projects is supporting three primary schools in the Dhading region, 80km west of Kathmandu.

Dhading was close to the epicentre of the earthquake on Saturday, April 25, and is reportedly one of worst affected areas....
