And her fascinating story is being told by Lion and Unicorn Players in their forthcoming production Anne Boleyn.
This award-winning play by renowned playwright Howard Brenton premiered at Shakespeare’s Globe in 2010.
All the intrigue of court infighting and Anne’s significant force in religion and politics is explored in the play, being performed at the Festival Hall, Petersfield, from May 12-14.
