TWO PEOPLE have been charged by police after bike thefts in Petersfield between September 10 to October 11.

A 17 year-old girl from Portsmouth has been charged with seven counts of cycle theft and two of handling stolen goods. Harry John Wild (18), of no fixed address, has been charged with nine bike thefts. Portsmouth magistrates will hear the case on January 12.

Recoverd bikes are back with their owners.
