JOB-SEEKERS in the Petersfield area will now be able to claim the new benefit payment, Universal Credit.

It is available in the Petersfield and Bordon Jobcentres from this week. It is part of the government’s overhauling of the benefits system and will replace Jobseeker’s Allowance, Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance, Working Tax Credits, Child Tax Credits and Housing Benefit.
