VOLUNTEERS, bottles, and cakes are among the items on the wish list for St Peters Church fete.
The free entry, open-to-all, annual fete at the church in Petersfield Square is due to be held on Saturday, September 10, from 11am to 3pm, and a shout has gone out to congregation members for help on the day, and for goodies to sell or raffle, especially bottles for the bottle stall, and plants for the plant stall.
Joint organiser Tanya Heath said: “It would be great if you could start thinking about whether you have anything that could be donated to help raise funds, or even put time aside to bake or make a donation.
“And willing hands are always needed to help on set up day, and we have a few stalls left that still need some kind volunteers to help on them.
“You don’t need to run them, just help.”
