CLANFIELD: Petersgate Infant School, Green Lane, 11am-3pm. School summer fair with a range of attractions and arena displays.

EAST MEON: Village centre, 2-5.30pm. Seven gardens open, including plant sales on The Green and at East Meon School, teas in the church hall, history group exhibition Farming in the Valley in the Court Hall. Proceeds to The Rosemary Foundation.

ROPLEY: Starter Gate Farm, Charlwood Lane, Monkwood, 10am-4pm. The Dene Rally. Annual steam and vintage event raising funds for the Watercress Line and rebuilding of St Peter’s Church, Ropley.

EXHIBITIONS

BURITON: Village Hall and various venues, 2-6pm. Art Trail around studios. Live music with Sentimental Journey at Village Hall, 3pm. Free entry.

MILLAND: Tuxlith Chapel, St Luke’s Church, 10am-4pm. Annual arts and crafts for display and sale. Also plant and produce stall.

GARDENS

LISS: Village open gardens, 11am-5pm. Nineteen gardens open for viewing. Tickets £5 from The Triangle Centre, Mill Road, where refreshments will be available. Call 01730 301000.

WALKS & TALKS

PETERSFIELD: Town centre, 2.30pm. Regency walk to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Jane Austen’s death looking at buildings and personalities of the era, organised by Petersfield Museum. Meet at the Library, The Square. Tickets £5 must be booked in advance. Call 01730 262601.
