The event started with a parade of veterans, councillors, village groups and organisations from Liss Royal British Legion Club in Rake Road to St Mary’s Church in Station Road.
After the service, the parade returned to the War Memorial on the green in Mill Road for the placing of wreaths, two-minute silence and concluding ceremony.
Liss RBL chairman Lieutenant Colonel Terry O’ Connor added: “As well as the wider village community, participants included local councillors, RBL members, Liss Band and young people’s organisations.”
