Hundreds of adults and children turned up for the Remembrance parade on Sunday, led by Liss Band to St Mary’s Church and then back again to the War Memorial on the green to lay the wreaths. There were many guides, scouts, cubs and brownies and dozens of children from the Liss football teams at the War Memorial.
The boys who laid the Liss Athletic Football Club junior wreath were Theo Brindley, who plays for the under-16 Firebolts, and Zac Finch, who plays for the under-seven Gunners.
