SPORTSMEN and women keen to take part in the Petersfield Triathlon Club triathlon on Sunday, September 25, can still enter, or volunteer to help on the day. Club chairman Kim King is looking forward to their biggest ever event, which will again support Petersfield charity FitzRoy. Kim said: “As this is a sprint event, it is great for beginners and more experienced triathletes. Whether you enter as a team, or you do it all yourself, the fun, supportive atmosphere will keep you going. Last year we raised £5,000 for FitzRoy and it helped vulnerable adults with learning disabilities receive the support and equipment they need to live a fulfilling life. The triathlon relies on volunteers and we would be very interested in any offers of help with marshalling.” For details visit the website www.petersfieldtriathlonclub.co.uk
